• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register on jilli999. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately.
• One Person, One Account: Each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all will be closed.
• Identity Verification (KYC): A copy of your National ID card or passport must be submitted prior to withdrawal.
